Composition
Contains Paracetamol 120 mg per 5 ml as the active ingredient. Other ingredients may include strawberry flavouring, glycerol, sorbitol, sucrose, xanthan gum, and purified water.

Use / Indication
Used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain in babies and children. Commonly used for:

• Fever after vaccination
• Teething pain
• Toothache
• Earache
• Cold and flu symptoms
• Sore throat
• General aches and pains

Direction of Use

• For babies aged 2–3 months: 2.5 ml; a second dose may be given after 4–6 hours if needed.
• For children 3 months–6 years: dosage depends on age and weight.
• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
• Shake the bottle well before use and use the dosing syringe provided.

Side Effects
Possible side effects include:

• Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty)
• Nausea or stomach upset
• Rare skin reactions
• Very rare liver problems if overdosed

Warning:

• Do not use with other medicines containing paracetamol.
• Overdose can cause serious liver damage.
• Not recommended for babies under 2 months unless advised by a doctor.

Interactions:
May interact with:

• Other paracetamol-containing medicines
• Warfarin and other blood thinners
• Certain epilepsy medications
• Some antibiotics or liver-affecting medicines

Caution:
Use carefully in:

• Premature babies
• Babies weighing less than 4 kg
• Children with liver or kidney problems
• Children with allergies to any ingredient
  Consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days.
