Composition
- Active ingredients:
- Travoprost 0.004% (40 micrograms/mL)
- Timolol 0.5% (5 mg/mL)
- Form: Ophthalmic (eye drop) solution

Indication / Use
Used for:
- Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP)
- Treatment of:
- Open-angle glaucoma
- Ocular hypertension
Usually prescribed when a single glaucoma medication is not effective enough.
Direction of Use
- Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s)
- Usually once daily (morning or evening)
- Use at the same time each day
- Do not exceed once daily dosing
- If using other eye drops, wait at least 5 minutes between medications
- Remove contact lenses before use and reinsert after about 15 minutes
- Avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination
Side Effects
Common side effects:
- Eye redness
- Burning or stinging sensation
- Blurred vision
- Eye irritation or itching
- Dry eyes
- Increased eyelash growth
- Darkening of eyelid skin
- Watery eyes
Serious side effects:
- Slow heartbeat (bradycardia)

- Keep bottle tightly closed and discard within recommended period after opening
- Pressing gently on the inner corner of the eye after instillation may reduce systemic absorption and side effects
