Product Composition
Each tablet contains Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 500 mg with inactive excipients.

Uses / Indications
Used for the relief of fever and mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, back pain, muscle aches, menstrual pain, and symptoms of cold and flu.

Direction of Use
Take as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Usual adult dose is 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. Swallow with water and can be taken with or without food.

Side Effects
Common side effects are rare but may include nausea, skin rash, or mild stomach discomfort.

Warnings / Interactions
Avoid using with other paracetamol-containing medicines to prevent overdose. Use cautiously with alcohol or medicines affecting the liver. Inform your healthcare provider of all medications being taken.
