Product Composition
Each tablet contains Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 500 mg with caffeine and inactive excipients.

Uses / Indications
Used for the relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache (including tension headache), migraine, toothache, back pain, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and fever. The added caffeine helps enhance pain relief and improve effectiveness.

Direction of Use
Take as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Usual adult dose is 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose. Swallow with water and can be taken with or without food.

Side Effects
Common side effects may include nausea, restlessness, dizziness, mild stomach discomfort, or difficulty sleeping (due to caffeine).

Warnings / Interactions
Avoid using with other paracetamol-containing products to prevent overdose. Use cautiously with alcohol and other stimulant-containing medications. Inform your healthcare provider if you are taking blood thinners or other regular medications.

Caution
