Composition:
Air-activated heat patch containing iron powder, activated carbon, salt, water, and vermiculite, designed to generate heat through oxidation and adhere directly to skin.

Use / Indication:
Used for temporary relief of:

• Muscular aches and pains
• Back pain
• Neck and shoulder stiffness
• Menstrual cramps
• Joint pain and general body discomfort

Provides continuous soothing heat for up to 8 hours.

Direction of Use:
Remove from packaging and allow to activate on exposure to air. Peel off protective layer and apply directly to clean, dry skin over the affected area. Use as directed on the product label. Remove after use and dispose safely.

Side Effects:

• Skin redness or irritation
• Mild burning sensation
• Skin burns if used incorrectly or for prolonged periods
• Sweating or discomfort under the patch

Warnings:

• Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin.
• Do not use while sleeping unless instructed by a healthcare professional.
• Do not use with external heating devices (e.g., hot water bottles, heating pads).
• Do not cut, tear, or microwave the patch.
