Composition:
Air-activated heat patch containing iron powder, activated carbon, salt, water, and vermiculite that produces heat through oxidation.

Use / Indication:
Used for temporary relief of:

• Muscular aches and pains
• Back pain
• Stiff shoulders and neck pain
• Menstrual cramps
• General body aches and stiffness

Provides continuous therapeutic warmth for up to 12 hours.

Direction of Use:
Remove the heat pad from packaging and expose it to air to activate. Apply to clothing or the affected area (do not apply directly to skin unless specified). Use as directed on the product label. Dispose after single use.

Side Effects:

• Skin redness or irritation
• Burns if applied directly to skin for too long
• Overheating discomfort (rare)

Warnings:

• Do not apply directly to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin.
• Do not use while sleeping unless specifically instructed.
• Do not microwave, heat externally, or reuse.
• Do not use with other heating devices on the same area.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Drug Interactions:

• No known drug interactions.
• Avoid combining with topical medicated creams unless advised by a healthcare professional.
