Composition

• Paracetamol 1000 mg
• Promethazine hydrochloride 20 mg
• Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 15 mg
• Liquid glucose
• Ethanol (alcohol)
• Sodium citrate
• Macrogol 300
• Sodium cyclamate
• Acesulfame K

Uses / Indications

• Night-time cold and flu relief
• Dry cough
• Chills
• Fever
• Runny nose
• Helps with sleep during cold/flu symptoms

Direction of Use

• Adults and children over 16 years: 20 ml at bedtime
• Take only one dose per night
• Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice
• Oral use only
• Leave at least 4 hours between paracetamol-containing medicines

Drug Interactions

• MAO inhibitors (MAOIs)
• Antidepressants (SSRIs, tricyclics)
• Warfarin
• Sedatives or sleeping tablets
• Alcohol
• Other antihistamines
• Other cough/cold medicines

Contraindications / Caution

• Allergy to paracetamol, promethazine, or dextromethorphan
• Severe asthma or breathing problems
• Liver disease
• Epilepsy
• Glaucoma
• Prostate enlargement or urinary retention
• Children under 16 years
