Uses / Indications
- Night-time cold and flu relief
- Dry cough
- Chills
- Fever
- Runny nose
- Helps with sleep during cold/flu symptoms
Direction of Use
- Adults and children over 16 years: 20 ml at bedtime
- Take only one dose per night
- Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice
- Oral use only
- Leave at least 4 hours between paracetamol-containing medicines

- Use cautiously in diabetes

- Not suitable for elderly patients with confusion
- Do not combine with other paracetamol products

- MAO inhibitors (MAOIs)
- Antidepressants (SSRIs, tricyclics)
- Warfarin

Contraindications / Caution
- Allergy to paracetamol, promethazine, or dextromethorphan
- Severe asthma or breathing problems
- Liver disease
- Epilepsy
- Glaucoma
- Prostate enlargement or urinary retention
- Children under 16 years
