Product Composition
Contains 100% pure and natural honey (blend of floral nectars depending on variety), with no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. Rowse honey is typically sourced from multiple regions and packed in its signature hexagonal glass jar. 

Uses / Indications
Used as a natural sweetener for food and beverages. Commonly added to tea, porridge, toast, baking, yoghurt, and sauces. Also used in cooking and food preparation as a natural alternative to refined sugar. 

Available in different varieties such as runny honey, set honey, organic honey, and Manuka honey, each with different flavour profiles and textures. 

Direction of Use
Use directly as desired in food or drinks. Stir into warm (not boiling) liquids or spread onto bread and baked goods.

Side Effects
Generally safe for consumption. Excessive intake may contribute to high sugar/calorie intake. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.

Warnings / Interactions
People with diabetes should monitor intake due to natural sugar content. Always check for allergy to bee products in sensitive individuals.

Caution
Store at room temperature. Honey may naturally crystallise over time; place jar in warm water to return to liquid form if needed. Keep tightly sealed and out of direct sunlight.
