Product Composition
Each tablet contains Diclofenac Sodium and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) with inactive excipients.

Uses / Indications
Used for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, back pain, toothache, headache, menstrual pain, and fever. It works by reducing inflammation and blocking pain signals in the body.

Direction of Use
Take as prescribed by a healthcare professional, usually 1 tablet 1–2 times daily depending on severity. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably after food to reduce stomach irritation.

Side Effects
Common side effects may include stomach upset, nausea, dizziness, heartburn, abdominal pain, and drowsiness.

Warnings / Interactions
Use cautiously with other NSAIDs or pain medications, as this may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding or kidney problems. May interact with blood thinners (e.g., warfarin), increasing bleeding risk. Inform your healthcare provider of all medications being taken.

Caution
Not recommended in patients with peptic ulcer disease, severe liver or kidney impairment, or uncontrolled hypertension. Avoid alcohol consumption due to increased risk of liver damage. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if prescribed. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.
