Composition
Evecare Capsule is a polyherbal Ayurvedic formulation containing:
- Ashoka (Saraca indica)
- Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa)
- Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)
- Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
- Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica)
- Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa)
- Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis)
- Musta (Cyperus rotundus)
- Sandalwood (Santalum album)
- Triphala
- Trikatu
- Dashamoola (group of 10 roots)
- Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia)
- Other supporting herbal/mineral ingredients (varies slightly by manufacturer batch)
Use / Indication
- Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
- Painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea)
- Irregular menstrual cycles
- Heavy or prolonged bleeding (menorrhagia)
- Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB)
- Light or infrequent periods (oligomenorrhea)
- Hormonal imbalance support
- Support in infertility/assisted conception as adjunct therapy
Direction of Use
- Common dose: 1–2 capsules twice daily after meals
- In some cases: higher dose (as prescribed)
- Recommended duration: at least 3 months for best results
- Take with water after food
- Use only under medical guidance if symptoms are severe or persistent
Side Effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Rare or mild effects may include:
- Nausea
- Stomach discomfort
- Mild headache
- Allergic skin reactions (rash, itching)
- Temporary changes in menstrual flow
