Composition
Evecare Syrup is an Ayurvedic herbal formulation containing (per 5 ml approx.):
- Ashoka (Saraca indica)
- Dashamoola (herbal combination)
- Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa)
- Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)
- Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
- Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa)
- Aloe vera (Ghrita Kumari)
- Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica)
- Musta (Cyperus rotundus)
- Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia)
- Triphala
- Trikatu
- Sandalwood (Santalum album)
- Babul (Acacia arabica)
- Anantmool (Hemidesmus indicus)
- Coconut extract (Cocos nucifera)
- Purified Shilajit
Use / Indication
- Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
- Painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea)
- Irregular menstrual cycles
- Heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)
- Abnormal uterine bleeding (DUB)
- Light or infrequent periods
- Hormonal imbalance support
- General uterine health support
Direction of Use
- Shake bottle well before use
- Usual dose: 5–10 ml twice daily (or as directed by a doctor)
- Take after meals
- Use for at least 2–3 months for best results
- Do not exceed recommended dose
Side Effects
Generally well tolerated, but possible effects include:
- Mild nausea
- Stomach upset or discomfort
- Bloating
- Allergic reactions (rash, itching) in sensitive individuals
- Temporary change in menstrual flow at start of use
- Headache (rare)
Serious side effects are uncommon when used as directed.
