Product Composition
Each tablet contains Ferrous Sulphate 200 mg (equivalent to elemental iron) with inactive excipients.

Uses / Indications
Used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anaemia. It helps restore iron levels in the body, supporting the production of haemoglobin and red blood cells, and improving symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, and dizziness.

Direction of Use
Take as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Usual dose is 1 tablet 1–3 times daily depending on severity of anaemia. It is best taken on an empty stomach for better absorption, but may be taken after food if stomach irritation occurs. Swallow with water and avoid taking with tea, coffee, or milk.

Side Effects
Common side effects may include nausea, constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, dark stools, and metallic taste.

Warnings / Interactions
Avoid taking with antacids, calcium supplements, tea, coffee, or milk close to dosing time as they reduce absorption. May interact with certain antibiotics and other mineral supplements. Inform your healthcare provider of all medications being taken.

Caution
Use with care in patients with stomach ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, or iron overload conditions. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Iron overdose can be dangerous, especially in children. Consult a healthcare professional during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.
