Composition

Indus Femistar is a women’s health multivitamin + essential fatty acid supplement (softgel). It typically contains:

  • Starflower oil (Borage oil) – 100 mg
  • Evening Primrose Oil – 100 mg
  • Vitamin E – 30 mg
  • Vitamin C – 60 mg
  • Vitamin D3 – 5 mcg
  • Vitamin B complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, B9/folic acid, biotin)
  • Zinc – 12 mg
  • Iron – 12 mg
  • Magnesium – 100 mg
  • Selenium – 100 mcg
  • Copper, manganese, chromium (trace minerals)
  • Citrus bioflavonoids
  • Carotenoids

These ingredients mainly support hormonal balance, skin health, and general nutrition.


 

Use / Indication

Indus Femistar is used as a nutritional and women’s wellness supplement, mainly for:

  • PMS (premenstrual symptoms) support
  • Menstrual discomfort and hormonal imbalance support
  • Skin health (acne, dryness, dull skin support)
  • Hair and nail health
  • General women’s multivitamin supplementation

Direction of Use
