Composition

• Lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia) 80 mg per soft capsule
• Capsule base excipients (may include oils, gelatin, glycerol, sorbitol depending on brand formulation)
  
  

This is a traditional herbal medicinal product made from lavender essential oil.

Use / Indication

• Temporary relief of mild anxiety
• Helps with:
• Stress and nervousness
• Restlessness
• Mild anxiety-related sleep disturbance

It is used for short-term calming support, not for severe anxiety disorders or psychiatric illness.

Direction of Use

• Adults and elderly only
• Usual dose: 1 capsule once daily
• Swallow whole with water
• Do not chew
• If symptoms persist, medical review is advised (usually after ~2 weeks)
  
  

Side Effects

Generally mild, but may include:

• Belching / burping
• Mild stomach discomfort
• Allergic skin reactions (rash, itching, hives)
