Composition
Mentat Syrup is a polyherbal Ayurvedic “nootropic” (brain tonic) formulation. It contains a mixture of herbs such as:
- Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi)
- Centella asiatica (Gotu kola / Mandukaparni)
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)
- Evolvulus alsinoides
- Nardostachys jatamansi
- Valeriana wallichii
- Embelia ribes
- Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi)
- Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica
- Emblica officinalis (Amla)
- Mucuna pruriens
- Acorus calamus
- Syzygium aromaticum (Clove)
- Myristica fragrans (Nutmeg)
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger)
- And several other supporting herbs

Direction of Use
- Usually taken after meals
- Common dosing (varies by age/doctor advice):
- Adults: 2.5–5 ml, 2–3 times daily
- Children: lower dose as prescribed
- Duration often requires several weeks for effect (not immediate)
- Shake well before use
Side Effects
