Direction of Use
- Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measurement.
- Place the cuff on the upper arm.
- Keep your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Press the start button.
- Remain still and avoid talking during measurement.
- Review results on the screen or in the OMRON Connect app.
