Mechanism of Operation
The monitor automatically inflates the wrist cuff and measures:
- Systolic blood pressure (upper number)
- Diastolic blood pressure (lower number)
- Pulse rate (heartbeats per minute)
Direction of Use
- Sit comfortably and rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Place the monitor on your wrist according to the instructions.
- Hold the wrist at heart level.
- Press the START button.
- Remain still and do not talk during measurement.
- Read and record the results.
