Use / Indications
Used for the relief of:
- Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
- Perennial allergic rhinitis

Mechanism of Action
Cetirizine blocks histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and skin rashes.
Direction of Use
Adults and children ≥ 12 years:
- 10 mg (1 tablet) once daily
Children 6–11 years:
- 5 mg twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional
Instructions:
- Can be taken with or without food.
- Swallow with water.
- Take at the same time each day if used regularly.

Serious Side Effects
Seek medical attention if:
- Severe allergic reaction
- Difficulty breathing

Warnings
Do NOT use if:
- Allergic to cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or any ingredient in the product.
Important warnings:
- May cause drowsiness in some individuals.
- Avoid alcohol if it increases drowsiness.
- Use cautiously in severe kidney impairment.
- Dose adjustment may be required in kidney disease.
Drug Interactions
