Use / Indications

Used for the relief of:

  • Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)

Mechanism of Action

Cetirizine blocks histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and skin rashes.

Direction of Use

Adults and children ≥ 12 years:

  • 10 mg (1 tablet) once daily

Children 6–11 years:

  • 5 mg twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional

 

Instructions:

  • Can be taken with or without food.
  • Swallow with water.
  • Take at the same time each day if used regularly.
