Directions for Use

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly.
2. Insert an Accu-Chek Active test strip into the meter.
3. Obtain a blood sample using a sterile lancet.
4. Apply blood to the strip.
5. Wait approximately 5 seconds for the result.
6. Dispose of the used strip safely.

Storage

• Store in the original vial.
• Close the vial immediately after removing a strip.
• Protect from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
• Do not use expired strips.
