Directions for Use

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly.
2. Insert an Accu-Chek Instant test strip into the meter.
3. Obtain a blood sample using a sterile lancet.
4. Touch the blood drop to the yellow edge of the strip.
5. Wait for the result (typically under 4 seconds).
6. Remove and safely discard the used strip.

Storage

• Store at 2°C–30°C.
• Keep strips in the original vial.
• Close the vial immediately after removing a strip.
• Protect from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
• Do not refrigerate or freeze.
