Directions for Use

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly.
2. Insert a OneTouch Select Plus test strip into the meter.
3. Obtain a blood sample using a sterile lancet.
4. Touch the blood drop to the edge of the strip.
5. Wait approximately 5 seconds for the result.
6. Remove and safely dispose of the used strip.

Storage

• Store between the temperatures recommended on the pack.
• Keep strips in the original vial.
• Close the vial immediately after removing a strip.
• Protect from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
• Do not use expired strips.
