Composition

Used for relief of:

Mechanism of Action
- Paracetamol reduces fever and pain.
- Chlorpheniramine reduces sneezing, runny nose, and allergy symptoms while causing sedation.
- Phenylephrine relieves nasal congestion by shrinking swollen blood vessels in the nose.
Direction of Use
Typical adult dosage:
- Usually 1–2 capsules/tablets at night or every 4–6 hours as directed
Instructions:
- Take with water
- Preferably use at bedtime because it may cause drowsiness
- Do not exceed recommended daily dose
- Avoid combining with other paracetamol-containing medicines

- Severe hypertension
- Severe heart disease
- Narrow-angle glaucoma

Important warnings:
