Composition
Contains an isotonic buffered saline solution:
- Sodium Chloride 0.9%
- EDTA 0.05%
- PHMB (Polyhexamethylene Biguanide) 0.0001%

Use / Indications
Used for:
- Blocked nose (nasal congestion)

Mechanism of Action
The saline solution:
- Loosens and thins mucus
- Washes away allergens and irritants
- Moisturizes nasal passages
- Helps reduce nasal inflammation
- Makes breathing easier by clearing blocked nasal passages
Direction of Use
Children and infants (under adult supervision):
- Spray 1–2 sprays into each nostril as needed.
Instructions:
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Prime the spray before first use.
- Insert the nozzle gently into the nostril.
- Spray 1–2 times.
- Clean the nozzle after use.
Common Side Effects
Usually very well tolerated, but may cause:
- Mild nasal irritation
- Temporary burning sensation
- Nasal discomfort
- Sneezing immediately after use
Serious Side Effects
Rare:
- Allergic reaction
- Facial swelling
- Difficulty breathing
- Severe irritation
Seek medical attention if these occur.
Warnings
Do NOT use:
- If allergic to any of the ingredients.
- If the bottle is contaminated or damaged.
Important warnings:
- For nasal use only.
- Do not share the spray between users to avoid spreading infection.
- Do not insert the nozzle too deeply into the nose.
