Composition
Kit Contents:
- 1 NeilMed Sinus Rinse squeeze bottle (typically 240 mL capacity)

Mechanism of Action
The saline rinse:
- Washes out mucus and thick secretions
- Removes allergens and irritants
- Moisturizes nasal passages
- Reduces nasal swelling
- Improves sinus drainage and breathing
Direction of Use
- Wash your hands.
- Fill the bottle with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water to the fill line.
- Add 1 sachet and shake until dissolved.
- Lean over a sink and gently squeeze the solution into one nostril.
- Allow the solution to flow out through the opposite nostril or mouth.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Clean and air-dry the bottle after each use.
Usual frequency:
- Once or twice daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Do NOT use:
- Untreated tap water.
- Water from unsafe sources.
- A contaminated bottle or rinsing device.

- Often used before nasal sprays to improve medication delivery.
