Mechanism of Action

Direction of Use

  1. Wash your hands.
  2. Fill the bottle with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water to the fill line.
  3. Add 1 sachet and shake until dissolved.
  4. Lean over a sink and gently squeeze the solution into one nostril.
  5. Allow the solution to flow out through the opposite nostril or mouth.
  6. Repeat on the other side.
  7. Clean and air-dry the bottle after each use.

Usual frequency:

  • Once or twice daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
