Composition
Each premixed sachet contains:

Mechanism of Action
The saline solution:

Direction of Use
- Fill the NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water up to the indicated mark.
- Add one premixed sachet.
- Cap and shake until dissolved.
- Lean over a sink and gently squeeze the solution into one nostril, allowing it to drain from the other nostril.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
- Clean and air-dry the bottle after use.
Frequency:
- Usually 1–2 times daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

- Untreated tap water.
- Water that has not been sterilized, distilled, or boiled and cooled.

- Using the rinse before nasal sprays may improve the effectiveness of nasal medications.
