Composition

Each premixed sachet contains:

  • Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda)

Direction of Use

  1. Fill the NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water up to the indicated mark.
  2. Add one premixed sachet.
  3. Cap and shake until dissolved.
  4. Lean over a sink and gently squeeze the solution into one nostril, allowing it to drain from the other nostril.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side.
  6. Clean and air-dry the bottle after use.

Frequency:

  • Usually 1–2 times daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
