Composition
- 100% natural isotonic micro-filtered sea water

It is a saline nasal spray (medical device) designed for allergy relief through cleansing.
Use / Indication
- Relief of hay fever (allergic rhinitis)
- Helps clear allergens such as:
- Pollen
- Dust
- Pet dander
- Dust mites
- Reduces nasal congestion caused by allergies
- Helps prevent buildup of irritants in the nose
- Can support symptom control alongside other allergy treatments
It works by washing out allergens and moisturizing the nasal lining, reducing irritation and swelling rather than acting like a drug.
Direction of Use
- Use 2–6 times daily or as needed
- Steps:
- Insert nozzle into nostril
- Spray while keeping head upright (not tilted back)
- Let solution drain naturally
- Blow nose gently
- Repeat in other nostril
- Can be used daily for long periods
- Suitable for adults and children (usually from 3 years and above)
Side Effects
- Very rare (generally very safe)
- Possible mild effects:
- Temporary sneezing
- Mild nasal irritation
- Slight runny nose after use
- Occasional dryness
No known serious systemic side effects because it is non-medicated.
Warning
- Pressurised container: do not expose to heat or puncture
- Do not spray into eyes
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use if nozzle is contaminated or damaged
- Stop use if persistent irritation occurs
- If allergy symptoms persist severely, medical review is needed
Interaction
- No known drug interactions
- Safe to use with:
- Antihistamine tablets (e.g., cetirizine, loratadine)
- Steroid nasal sprays (if prescribed)
- Decongestant sprays (short-term use only)
- Cold and flu medicines
It is often used as a complementary cleansing step before medicated sprays.
Caution
- Safe for long-term daily use
- Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Can be used after nasal surgery (if advised by doctor)
- Does not treat allergy cause directly—only helps reduce exposure and symptoms
